Serves as a client’s primary point of contact with USANA. The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, as well as supporting and liaising with the Marketing and Sales Department.  Essential Functions * Provide exceptional customer service support with professional and timely communications to meet distributor needs, and effectively resolving issues, questions, and concerns as they arise. * Gather feedback from various groups of customers * Fulfil customer service needs of responding to customers via phone and email * Order placement, processing returns, initiate credits, and other administrative tasks. * Translate content as requested and proofread materials as a part of market review stage. * Work with Marketing/OPS team to ensure consistency of message, and making outbound calls (backorders, delayed parcels etc.) * Attend events as required. * Assist customers to exchange and/or return products. * Actively participate in team meetings, projects, goal setting, etc. * Provide customers with an accurate and clear information of USANA’s compensation plan, products and services. * Participate in daily pre\-shift meetings with team and attend marketing calls (if required) * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Qualifications/Knowledge Requirements * Excellent communication skills and basic math skills. * Proficiency in Customer Service software. * One year experience as a CSR. Preferred experience in the direct selling industry. * Active listening and great communication skills. * Written and oral proficiency in French (Native or C1 preferred) and English.
