Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for the Nespresso brand at Nestlé Business Services. This professional is responsible for all service relationship contacts with our customers.
A Day in the Life
- Maintain contact with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, for both B2C and B2B clients.
- Welcome customers and effectively identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction, creating a positive and lasting impression.
- Prioritize first-contact resolution to enhance the customer experience and streamline service delivery.
- Manage complaints effectively by handling customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning feedback into opportunities for service improvement.
- Advise customers and potential customers about our diverse product and service offerings to foster customer loyalty.
- Spark customer interest by presenting our full product range and its benefits.

- One to two years of experience in customer engagement services (required)
