Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for the Nespresso brand at Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) . This professional is responsible for all service relationship contacts with our customers.

A day in the life of...

  • Maintain contact with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, for both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Welcome customers and effectively identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction, creating a positive and lasting impression.
  • Prioritize first-contact resolution to enhance the customer experience and streamline service delivery.
  • Manage complaints effectively by handling customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning feedback into opportunities for service improvement.
  • Advise customers and potential customers about our diverse product and service offerings to foster customer loyalty.
  • Spark customer interest by presenting our full product range and its benefits.

What will make you successful

  • One to two years of experience in customer engagement services (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Positive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong organizational and results-oriented skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrable work ethic and respectful behavior.
