We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to help organisers get the most value from their relationship with 3cket.

Role Description

Your primary focus will be to maintain and grow relationships with current clients, support them throughout their ongoing events and overall journey, turn organisers into power users and ensure everything is set for excellent delivery.

You will also identify high-potential clients from inbound leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional communication skills, both within the team and with clients.

What you'll do

Client engagement & growth — act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for current and new clients, helping them maximise their use of the platform and ensuring strong event delivery in collaboration with the Operations Team

Retention & partnerships — strengthen client relationships, support retention, negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with our strategic goals

Inbound lead management — respond to new enquiries, qualify leads, conduct meetings and product demos and convert inbound opportunities into long-term clients

Strategic contribution — use data, feedback and market insights to help refine our approach and support broader commercial and customer success goals

About you

  • You have a proven track record in B2B customer success, sales, business development or partnerships, ideally in the entertainment, beverage, FMCG or tech industries, with 3+ years of experience (eliminatory)
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and are able to inspire trust in clients
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset — we are a startup, so you must be self-driven, resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are commercially minded and market-savvy, with a strong interest in the events industry and a desire to stay close to market trends and opportunities
  • You are comfortable using digital platforms, CRMs and sales tools
  • You have a strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to contribute to and execute go-to-market initiatives
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. Spanish or French are a plus.
  • You are available to travel within Portugal for client meetings, events, team gatherings and special projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 21,000.00€ per year
