Your working day:

• Backoffice role.
• Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.
• Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

• Fluent in Czech with good level in English
• Customer Service experience
• Great communication
• Valid Work Permit in Portugal
