CyberProgram Analyst
This is your mission
Are you passionate about Cybersecurity governance, IT risk management, and compliance frameworks? Then this position is for you.
As a CyberProgram Analyst, you will contribute to the deployment and monitoring of a global cybersecurity program ensuring entities comply with group cybersecurity and IT risk frameworks.
Build side:
- Contribute to the deployment of the Cybersecurity maturity evaluation process across entities in your perimeter
- Support entities in understanding cybersecurity program requirements and expected deliverables
- Develop documentation and internal initiatives to improve the Cyber Program evaluation process
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to ensure alignment with global security frameworks and governance standards
- Participate in initiatives strengthening the cybersecurity maturity and risk management posture of the organization
Run side:
- Assess and validate evidence provided by entities regarding compliance with cybersecurity requirements
- Monitor and report cybersecurity maturity levels and compliance status across entities
- Communicate program updates, governance decisions, and requirement changes to stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between IT providers, cybersecurity teams, and operational entities
- Produce structured reports supporting program governance and decision-making
This is your background
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or IT governance environments.
You are interested in cybersecurity frameworks, compliance programs, and IT risk management, and you enjoy working in an international and collaborative environment.
You are curious, analytical, and eager to develop your expertise in cybersecurity governance and program management.

You have initial experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or security governance and are motivated to deepen your expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment, and security maturity programs.
You enjoy analyzing complex topics, collaborating with experts, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the cybersecurity posture of large organizations.
This is your expertise:
- Knowledge of Cloud and Container security (container runtime hardening, image management, container security processes)
- Understanding of IT Continuity and Backup management (including resilience and regulatory requirements such as DORA)
- Basic knowledge of Cryptography and Key Management (certificates, CKMS, key lifecycle management)
- Knowledge of Network security concepts (segmentation, hardening, secure architecture principles)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or equivalent
- General understanding of IT systems, security processes, and regulatory environments
