We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as a Digital Sales Payments Advisor.
What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; Providing information about products;
Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful in this role?
* Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Danish
* Availability to work in rotating shifts;
* Good computer skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
* High School Diploma
* EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
The relocation package included:
