The activities

* Being the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s).
* Conducting reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return.
* Clarifying questions related to meal-kit plans, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options.
* Ensuring smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution.
* Supporting quality service delivery aligned with the client's mission of simple, enjoyable home-cooking.
* Contributing to the achievement of the client's operational objectives.

Requirements

* Danish C2 level
* English B2 level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
* High School Diploma
* EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
