Data Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data analytics, business intelligence, and transforming data into actionable insights? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data analytics solutions and supporting data quality governance initiatives in our ecosystem.

Build side:

* Gather and analyze business requirements to design relevant analytics and reporting solutions.
* Design and implement data models and datamarts optimized for analytics and reporting.
* Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and integration.
* Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Optimize data storage, processing performance, and scalability within the data ecosystem.

Run side:

* Ensure data quality governance in alignment with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Provide methodological support and best practices to the internal data community.
* Coordinate with Data Domain Managers and Data Quality Analysts to monitor and improve data quality frameworks.
* Drive and track action plans addressing structural data quality issues across domains.
* Conduct impact assessments for ongoing or upcoming projects affecting data quality.
* Participate in data governance committees and contribute to data management initiatives.

You have significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data governance environments. You enjoy working with complex datasets, designing efficient data models, and transforming data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.

You have several years of experience in data analytics or BI development within data-driven organizations. You enjoy working across the entire analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering and data modelling to visualization and stakeholder communication.

This is your expertise:

* Technologies \& tools (within an Agile, Data, and Analytics team):

+ Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation
+ Python for data analysis and data processing
+ SQL / Oracle for data querying and ETL processes
+ Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis
+ Experience with data modelling, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing concepts
+ Knowledge of data quality management and data governance frameworks
