KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive continuous improvement of existing dashboards, ensuring relevance, usability and business impact

Lead discussions with business stakeholders to identify new data needs, insights opportunities and reporting requirements

Assess project complexity and support decision-making regarding solution approaches and partner proposals

Manage data integration initiatives, including the creation and optimization of data pipelines in collaboration with technical teams

Design and deliver data insight mockups and dashboards aligned with business objectives

Launch and coordinate data science initiatives, working closely with data teams and external partners

Ensure clear communication of insights, results and project outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders

Monitor performance and adoption of delivered solutions, proposing improvements when needed

Requirements

Degree in Data, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar

Proven experience in project management within data or analytics environments

Strong understanding of data ecosystems, data modeling and analytics processes

Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + technical)

Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions

Experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels

Data Modeling & Design

Dashboarding & Data Visualization (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

Data Pipelines & Integration

Basic knowledge of Data Science concepts and algorithms

Coding / Scripting knowledge (Python, SQL or similar – valued)
