- POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION:
This position is available in Europcar Shared Service Center in Data Management team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow the Core Model in place to maintain the quality of Customer and Europcar Network data in key systems
Maintain an excellent level of data consistency and integrity in key systems
Accountable for a correct analysis on the inputs provided by all Business teams
Manage new customer set-ups and changes in support of business processes
Accountability for managing the administration of all customer-related data
Ensuring a correct technical action that fully meets the expectations
Identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
Supporting improvement programs
Informing Team Lead of any issues or opportunities with existing activities
Special data related projects as assigned by management
External and Internal Partners:
Europcar Franchisee Network
RCM and Pricing Teams
Sales & Commercial Teams
Operational Teams
Qualifications for the Position:
High School Completed
Strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools / Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Experience with Google tools will be highly valued
Experience with Salesforce will be highly valued
Experience with GDS applications will be highly valued
Previous contact with Business Objects will be highly valued
English Level B2
Experience on working in a Multinational & cross-functional, collaborative team environment
Experience on working on Sales Support function
