**Build. Test. Deliver. Enjoy at Pepco!** **About the role** At Pepco, we’re growing fast and building our Tech Hub in Porto to support our business across Europe. We are looking for a **Data QA Lead** to join the team. In this role, you will establish and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used by the enterprise, as well as work across IT and business teams to implement automated data validation, profiling, and quality monitoring as part of the data platform lifecycle. If you like things simple, practical and with real ownership, you’ll fit right in. **What you’ll be doing** * Define and implement data QA strategy, standards, and frameworks for the enterprise data platform. * Design and execute automated and manual tests for data pipelines, transformations, and curated datasets. * Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to embed quality assurance into development and release cycles. * Create and maintain data profiling, quality metrics, and issue logs. * Monitor and report on data quality KPIs across systems and processes * Identify root causes of data issues and drive remediation and continuous improvement. * Support adoption of data quality tools and practices by wider teams. * Champion a culture of data quality awareness and proactive controls. * Provide assurance during major releases, transitions, and platform upgrades. **What we’re looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
