Job Description

Position type: Full-time (40 hours per week – 8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Location: Remote

About the role

We are recruiting for a Customer Support and Technical Support position within a banking project. You will be part of an international team supporting a well-known financial services company.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Assist clients with banking-related inquiries and issues
  • Deliver high-quality and professional customer service
  • Record and update information in internal systems

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (minimum C1 level)
  • English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivation to learn and develop professionally
  • No previous experience required
