Reporting to the Associate Director of Product Management based in Portugal, you will be a Product Owner supporting AI and digital initiatives across a global delivery model.
This role is designed to support a follow-the-sun operating model, serving as a key bridge between US-based business stakeholders and global delivery teams, including India. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership skills, technical fluency, operational discipline, and the ability to work effectively across business, engineering, and data science teams to support AI delivery excellence.
Support follow-the-sun product delivery
- Act as a day-to-day bridge between US business stakeholders and global delivery teams, including India, to maintain momentum across time zones.
- Ensure work is clearly translated, prioritized, and handed off so teams can execute with minimal delay.
- Help improve delivery continuity by identifying blockers, clarifying open questions, and ensuring work is ready for the next team to advance.
Provide product ownership for AI and digital solutions
- Act as Product Owner for AI and digital solutions within Agile delivery models.
- Own and manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and readiness for engineering execution.
- Create and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and requirements to support high-quality delivery.
Translate business needs into technical execution
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, user needs, and intended outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and technical teams to align on scope, tradeoffs, and execution path.
Drive execution excellence and delivery quality
- Apply consistent product management and Agile practices across assigned initiatives.
- Track delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, and help improve team throughput and handoff quality.
- Use structured tools, processes, and operating rhythms to improve speed, transparency, and predictability.
Measure product and business outcomes
- Define and monitor product metrics, adoption measures, delivery KPIs, and, where applicable, model-performance indicators.
- Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear updates to the Associate Director and key stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
