We are currently looking for a candidate to be part of the digital support department. Your goal will be to support the company's portfolio and its different systems, software and hardware, being part of a consolidated department and with a team of great professionals.

What will your day-to-day life be like?

• Incident logs
• Production monitoring of milling centers
• Shipment tracking (loans and repairs)
• Online problem solving with planning (CodiagnostiX and Implant Studio) and digital design software (DW, 3Shape and Exocad)
• Online troubleshooting with milling machines (Amman Girrbach) and 3D printers (Rapid Shape)
• Online customer training
• Prepare documentation
• Self-training on internal platforms
• Reporting incidents to customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Higher Prosthetic / Auxiliary Grade or bachelor’s degree in science/similar
• Computer skills
• Knowledge in Digital Flows
• Language/s: fluent Portuguse is required. Good English command. Spanish is a plus
• Software: Microsoft office
