Your role

Join an international fintech environment and support customers in your native language.

You will:

* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
* Handle inquiries related to accounts, payments, and transactions
* Provide clear and professional solutions
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Escalate complex issues when necessary

Your profile

* Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish
* English level B2 minimum
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Comfortable working with digital tools
* EU passport or valid work permit (preferred)
