We are offering a great work experience in Porto, Portugal for a role as a Dutch Road Services Customer Advisor.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

* Deliver digital customer support, handling inquiries, debt communication, service-related questions and sales opportunities while contributing to revenue and company objectives.
* Manage and respond to requests from customers and external authorities (police, judicial and regulatory bodies, ombudsman), ensuring accurate, compliant and timely case resolution.
* Oversee case documentation, billing and collection processes, guaranteeing proper system records, revenue reconciliation and financial accuracy.
