Responsibilities:

* Providing a reassuring, warm and customer-friendly service for the company's clients in Dutch;
* Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability;
* Seize the opportunity to "shine" with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer, with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by Foot Locker an expert and a brand advocate.Requirements:
* C1/C2 level language skill
* Ability to work independently and/or in a team
* Problem solving-skills
* Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
* Positive attitude
* Ambitious
* English B2
