*This role follows a hybrid model — day shifts are office-based in Lisbon, while night shifts are performed remotely.*
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a key contributor to the customer journey for a rapidly expanding fintech and crypto trading platform. You will handle real‑time interactions through live chat and email, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service standards.
You will join a fast‑paced, quality‑driven team that values accuracy, ownership, and a proactive mindset. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and the overall reliability of the platform for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver customer support via live chat and email,ensuring a professional and positive experience.
* Maintain an in‑depth understanding of the platform, its features, and market context to provide accurate assistance.
* Handle, track, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
* Detect and escalate operational issues, inconsistencies, or risks to the appropriate teams.
* Collect user feedback and contribute to service optimization initiatives.
What You Bring
* Dutch at a minimum C1 level (written and spoken).
* English at B2/C1 level.
* Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment (live chat/email preferred).
* 2\+ years of relevant experience is a strong advantage.
* Background in fintech, financial services, or crypto trading is a plus.
* High attention to detail and confidence working with numerical data.
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
* Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
