Your Role



Key responsibilities in your new role



During this 12-month professional internship, you will engage in workshop facilitation, participant support, global event planning, recruitment efforts, and overall collaboration on early career talent programs.

* Workshop and presentations preparation: Actively design, implement, and facilitate workshop sessions; contribute with innovative ideas for creative workshops, and assist in preparing presentations
* Participant support: Communicate with participants, providing support for their daily tasks and challenges
* Event organization: Prepare global events for International Graduate Program (IGP), including Conferences, workshops, and networking events, coordinating them from end to end (e.g., booking of program logistics, communication with participants and vendors)
* Recruitment support: Support IGP recruiting in Europe, including the preparation of recruiting days
* Program Collaboration: Support Early Career Talent Programs across multiple locations, exchanging with all relevant stakeholders, and organizing monthly meetings



Your Profile



Qualifications and skills to help you succeed



You have a proactive personality and good communication skills. You are energetic and versatile and you thrive in an international environment.

* Education: A Degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication, or an equivalent field
* Interests: Interest in Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on early career talent, and connecting with people
* Experience: Previous experience with event organization would be a plus
* Working Style: Great organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
* Language Skills: Fluency in English
