We are looking for an Editorial Manager to create and deliver clear, compelling communication content and campaigns that support key business initiatives and drive engagement across the organization.

In this role, you will bring business priorities to life through impactful storytelling across multiple channels, including the corporate website, social media, intranet, Viva Engage, leadership communications, and internal events. You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand while ensuring employees and leaders are informed, inspired, and aligned.

You will also establish and maintain a robust content management strategy and governance framework, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high editorial standards across all communications.

ResponsibilitiesContent & Campaign Development* Support the development of internal communication strategies, shaping clear narratives, messaging, and channel plans

  • Lead the creation and delivery of engaging content for internal campaigns and initiatives
  • Produce clear and engaging content for internal channels (intranet, Viva Engage, announcements, email)
  • Develop content for internal events such as town halls, webinars, and in-person meetings
  • Support leadership messaging in collaboration with senior communications stakeholders
  • Contribute to employer branding and external communications when aligned with internal priorities
  • Translate complex topics into clear, accessible communication materials (e.g. FAQs, change content)
  • Draft and manage sensitive and confidential communications with accuracy and discretion

Editorial Production & Channel Execution* Produce high-quality editorial and visual content (articles, videos, presentations, posters, talking points)

  • Maintain and manage a forward-looking content calendar
  • Collaborate with external agencies, ensuring clear and effective briefing

Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization

  • Collaborate with communication champions to identify and elevate key stories
  • Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations
  • Promote editorial best practices and continuously improve communication channels and content

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, editorial roles, or consulting (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in a matrix organization
  • Solid understanding of communication channels and tools (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage, websites)
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot) and design tools (e.g. Canva)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills for meetings, events, and workshops
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
