**You Are:**
You are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support. With a master's degree in human resources or a related field, you have a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. You are committed to high standards and deliver exceptional service, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing administrative support from onboarding through offboarding.
* Prepare, review, and maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regional legal requirements and company policies.
* Respond to HR\-related queries and requests submitted through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored.
* Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements.
* Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
* Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.
* Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.

**What You’ll Need:**
* Master's degree in human resources or related field.
* Proven experience (2\+ years) in HR administrative roles within a shared services environment at a large organization.
* Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, payroll support, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
* Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of other EMEA languages is a plus.
