With a master's degree in human resources or a related field, you have a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. You are committed to high standards and deliver exceptional service, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing administrative support from onboarding through offboarding. * Prepare, review, and maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regional legal requirements and company policies. * Respond to HR\-related queries and requests submitted through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. * Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored. * Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements. * Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. * Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery. * Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise. **The Impact You Will Have:** * Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the EMEA region. * Contribute to maintaining compliance and meeting audit requirements. * Enhance the efficiency and scalability of HR processes. * Support the continuous improvement of employee lifecycle management. * Utilize technology to streamline and automate HR service delivery. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date HR data and documentation. * Develop best practices and operational expertise within the HR domain. **What You’ll Need:** * Master's degree in human resources or related field. * Proven experience (2\+ years) in HR administrative roles within a shared services environment at a large organization. * Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, payroll support, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. * Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of other EMEA languages is a plus. **Who You Are:** * Detail\-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. * Committed to continuous improvement and learning. * Adept at leveraging technology to enhance service delivery. * Effective communication within and outside of your team. * Proactive and able to work under general supervision. **The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:** You will be joining a dynamic and supportive HR team dedicated to delivering high\-quality HR services across the EMEA region.
