Your Role



Key responsibilities in your new role



You will be supporting our Emerging Talent team in managing the recruitment process for early careers positions across our locations. We are hiring two trainees, who will support different locations within our team.

* Role Architecting: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles across multiple job families
* Talent Attraction: Create and post engaging job advertisements, implementing diverse sourcing strategies
* Selection Matching: Conduct candidate preselection in our Applicant Tracking System based on hiring manager input
* Contracting Support: Perform administrative processing of contracting topics
* Community Engagement: Support student-oriented events, building networks, and fostering connections across locations
* Employer Branding: Assist with events focusing on University Relations



Your Profile



Qualifications and skills to help you succeed



You have a proactive personality and are a great communicator, willing to actively support and collaborate with your team members. You thrive in an international environment and are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.





* Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent field
* Interests: Interest in Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on emerging talent, and connecting with people
* Working Style: Organized, communicative, and attentive to details
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken. German knowledge is a plus
