Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle across Windows environment, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning;
• Design, build, and maintain standardized configurations, baselines, and policies using Microsoft Intune;
• Drive reliability, performance, and scalability through observability, automation, and continuous optimization;
• Implement Modern Device Management using Microsoft Intune (policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and update management) and Windows Autopilot for device provisioning;
• Integrate cloud platforms and enterprise APIs to automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows; develop and maintain reusable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve service quality;
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively identifying and resolving issues;
• Create and maintain clear documentation for procedures, configurations, and system changes;
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies, best practices, and emerging industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Proven experience engineering and operating endpoint management at enterprise scale;
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID;
• Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration (Modern Management and GPO coexistence);
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• High resilience, assertiveness and proactiveness;
• Microsoft certifications are a plus;
• Business fluent English and Portuguese

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools.
