Job Overview
Drive AI enablement across IQVIA by helping teams adopt AI safely, compliantly, and effectively. You will translate business needs into practical guidance, training, and repeatable ways of working—improving AI literacy, accelerating value delivery, and ensuring privacy, security, and responsible AI controls are embedded from day one.Key Responsibilities* Build practical assets (playbooks, templates, prompt guidance, processes) that make safe AI use repeatable.
- Work with key stakeholder to put agent certification in place, allowing IQVIA-built agents to be used internally across teams
- Support internal use-case discovery and prioritisation; help teams shape problem statements, feasibility, risk assessment, success measures, and delivery plans.
- Drive and support piloting new AI tools, ensuring we have a robust process in place which provides transparency for stakeholders
- Define adoption and value metrics; track outcomes (e.g., cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, cost-to-serve, compliance adherence) and report progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Run training and community engagement sessions as required to enable business users to adopt AI tools
- Manage communications and engagement for AI initiatives: updates, success stories, and change messaging that supports sustained adoption.
- Stay current on enterprise AI capabilities and vendor roadmaps; assess impact and communicate recommendations in plain language.
Skills & Experience* Facilitation and change management for mixed technical/non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Clear written communication and an outcomes mindset (adoption metrics and benefits tracking).
- Design and deliver effective training and adoption interventions (learning journeys, workshops, coaching, office hours) for diverse audiences.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills; able to produce clear, usable standards, playbooks, and decision guidance.
- Analytical approach to defining and tracking adoption and value (KPIs, benefits cases, and simple reporting).
- Working knowledge of GenAI concepts, risks, and mitigations (evaluation, data leakage, bias, human oversight).
