Join Euronext as an Enterprise Architect
As Enterprise Architect, you will define, govern and evolve the enterprise architecture for Corporate Functions across Euronext. You will ensure that technology solutions supporting Finance, HR, Legal, Risk \& Compliance, Internal Audit and other transversal corporate areas align with Group enterprise architecture standards, security models and regulatory obligations. This is a delivery-focused architecture role, balancing long-term coherence with pragmatic, time-boxed decision making to help teams deliver. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, guiding delivery teams and raising engineering maturity.You will be primarily responsible for:* Defining and maintaining current, target and transition enterprise architectures for Corporate Functions, translating business and regulatory requirements into clear, implementable architecture direction
* Authoring solution architectures and designs for Corporate Functions initiatives, with a strong focus on integrations and internal developments around Workday and Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations
* Ensuring compliance with Euronext architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, data privacy regulations and internal control frameworks
* Providing hands-on guidance during delivery, including solution design workshops and architecture clinics
* Defining and continuously improving Corporate Functions guidelines for the software development lifecycle, security and coding best practices, together with the Tech Lead
* Executing proofs of concept and reference implementations to validate architectural choices and de-risk delivery
* Promoting best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure and AWS), and ensuring consistency and reusability of integration patterns and platforms
* Coaching and mentoring Solution Architects, Tech Leads and senior engineers, and promoting architectural discipline and standardisation across delivery teams

Your profile:* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Senior Domain Architect in a multinational medium to large organisation
* Strong experience operating in regulated environments, ideally in financial services
* Demonstrated ability to define enterprise-level architectures and govern solution delivery at scale
* Solid understanding of enterprise systems and strategic architectural thinking
* Experience with IT governance, risk and audit frameworks
* Hands-on approach, with willingness to support proofs of concept and reference implementations
* Experience with Workday and/or Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (especially integrations and extensibility) is a strong advantage
* Strong stakeholder influence, facilitation and communication skills
* Experience with integration architecture (APIs, eventing, data), SDLC definition and continuous improvement
* Security-by-design mindset and secure coding best practices
* Coaching and mentoring capabilities
* Knowledge of Agile and modern delivery methodologies
* Fluent in English
