Under the authority of the Global Procurement Director, the Indirect Purchasing Tech. defines and pilots the purchasing process form his field, in order to meet the company's needs in terms of quality of service and efficient prices. Your responsibilities:

• Define the purchasing strategy for the commodities that make up indirect purchases (IT and telecoms, advice and services, packaging, interim, suppliers, travel etc.) by determining the solutions specific to the commodities;
• Propose an organization in line with the needs of the business;
• Suggestion of policies and processes applicable to indirect purchasing activities;
• Verifies the panel and the relationship with strategic and major suppliers;
• Verifies the proper execution of high-stakes or high-risk purchasing activities;
• Measure and optimize the performance of its activities in compliance with the processes, in conjunction with customers and internal users
• Guarantee the adequacy of the competences of its perimeter with the objectives and the strategy of the group;
• Cooperate on the achievement of the company's objectives in line with the group's strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master or degree in Business Management, with specialization in purchasing or equivalent experience;
• Fluent english
• In-depth knowledge of the purchasing process;
• Availability to travel;
• Autonomy;
• Integrity;
• Empathy and listening skills;
• Resistance to stress;
