The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from wind and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This is a dynamic role that requires initiative, discretion, and a strong ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced, international environment.

PROFILE:

  • Fluent English (mandatory); Swedish highly welcome, Spanish & Portugese a strong plus.
  • Expertise in creating and refining impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive and investor-level meetings.
  • Exceptional organisational, calendar management, and prioritisation skills — able to protect the CEO’s time and focus.
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and briefings.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail when preparing documents, presentations, and financial reports.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Works well independently and within a team.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage complex calendars and prioritise the CEO’s schedule, ensuring focus on key priorities.
  • Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
  • Prepare, edit, and polish executive-level presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Take minutes in key meetings, capturing action-oriented notes, and ensure follow-up on agreed tasks and deadlines.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and meetings.Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, workshops, and events across time zones.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy industry is an advantage.
