Casa de Sada is seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a five-star setting.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the gastronomic identity of a luxury property.

The Role
You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in quality, creativity and consistency.
You will:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade
  • Design and develop innovative menus aligned with the hotel’s concept
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, costs and supplier relationships
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Collaborate with F&B leadership to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Drive creativity while maintaining operational efficiency

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, with experience in both buffet and à la carte operations across multiple outlets
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about gastronomy
  • Solid financial and cost control knowledge
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
