Responsabilities

* Assist the customer with the available product offer, providing information about it and making the sale, following the Company's values and guidelines;
* Organize the exhibited goods, in order to keep the shelves, displays and counters stocked and tidy
* Promote and guarantee an excellent service to all consumers in your store;
* Fulfill the objectives defined for your store;
* Carry out an optimized management of all store resources;
* Ensure compliance with legal, HACCP and Company standards.

Duties

* Experience in customer service in the area of ice cream/pastry;
* Experience in the area of ice cream will be valued;
* Knowledge in the implementation of HACCP system;
* Proactivity;
* Knowledge in Information Systems: Domain of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) from the user's point of view;
* Knowledge of English will be valued.
