Responsibilities:

• As a French Speaking Advisor for a Financial Application, you will offer the most complete and qualitative answers to entrepreneurs and small businesses by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
• Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
• Handling calls (inbound and outbound) and back-office tasks.

Requirements:

• C1/C2 level language skill
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team
• Problem solving-skills
• Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Positive attitude
• Ambitious
• English B2
