Insurance_Team Leader Claims Administrator_ English_Hybrid Lisbon!
Responsibilities
- Prepare pre- and post-month-end performance reports.
- Maintain and develop agent scorecards to assess credit risk.
- Analyze broker financial accounts regularly record data and manage payments within budget.
- Develop and execute settlement strategies for complex credit control issues.
- Negotiate complex credit control matters effectively.
- Lead credit control projects with a focus on successful delivery.
- Conduct file audits of team members to ensure adherence to technical and process standards.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders ensuring transparent communication.
- Oversee daily team performance prioritize workloads and ensure team accountability for defined goals.
- Recruit train and coach team members supporting their personal development and career planning while recognizing good performance.
- Deliver monitor maintain and improve the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate or possess a professional qualification in a finance-related discipline.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels and clarify requirements.
- Highly self-motivated with a hands-on approach to driving solutions for the team especially as it is being created from scratch.
- Strong attention to detail in producing high-quality output under pressure.
- Good analytical skills for complex data analysis and effective decision-making in business or technical issues.
- Personal drive to achieve personal goals and motivate others to achieve team goals.
- Good leadership skills with experience in team and conflict management.
