Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and help drive continuous improvement across the team. * **What we’re looking for** * 5\+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer Strong expertise in React and Python, with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience building RESTful APIs and managing databases at scale * Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, containerization, and modern software practices * Excellent problem\-solving skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
