We’re looking for a **Functional Tester** to join a Test Engineering team within an international banking environment and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products. You’ll be part of a project squad, driving testing activities from strategy to execution. **What You’ll Do:** * Define, promote, and uphold best practices in software testing * Build test plans and contribute to test strategy development * Design and prepare manual and automated test cases * Execute test scenarios (manual and/or automated) * Report defects, follow up on fixes, and ensure successful test closure **Qualifications** **What You Bring:** ***Technical Background*** * Degree in IT, Systems Analysis, Development or similar * 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role * Hands\-on experience with manual and automated testing tools * Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum * Knowledge of BDD frameworks ***Soft Skills*** * Clear and effective communication * Team‑oriented mindset * Strong problem‑solving approach * Good time‑management skills * Ability to negotiate and influence when needed ***Languages*** * Portuguese: Advanced * English: Fluent **Additional Information** (**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **LISBON** per week) *Are you the one?!* ***Send your CV \& Join our team!***
