We’re Hiring: General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, hands\-on, and highly organized General Manager to lead daily operations and bring a refined hospitality vision to life.
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the venue’s performance — from service quality and team leadership to financial control and brand standards — ensuring smooth operations and a consistently elevated experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the operation. You will lead a small, focused team, set the tone for service and professionalism, and ensure that daily operations align with the project’s standards, values, and business goals.
Your Main Responsibilities
Operations \& Guest Experience
* Oversee day\-to\-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high\-quality service.
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring an exceptional experience.
* Uphold service standards, presentation, and hospitality guidelines at all times.
* Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership \& Management
* Lead, motivate, and supervise the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
* Coordinate schedules, shifts, and daily responsibilities to ensure proper coverage.
* Conduct training and ongoing coaching to maintain service excellence.
* Set clear expectations and lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and professionalism.
Financial \& Administrative Management
* Oversee daily cash handling, POS reports, and end\-of\-day procedures.
* Monitor costs, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial controls.
Inventory \& Supplier Coordination
* Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
* Monitor usage patterns and minimize waste across food and beverage operations.
* Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely ordering and deliveries.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational, reporting issues when needed.
Health, Safety \& Compliance
* Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both guests and staff.
* Ensure all operational practices meet local regulations and company policies.
Communication \& Reporting
* Act as the main point of contact between ownership and the operational team.
* Provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
* Participate in planning and contribute ideas to improve service, efficiency, and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role in hospitality.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands\-on, solutions\-oriented mindset.
* Solid understanding of food \& beverage operations.
* Financial awareness and experience managing costs, sales, and reports.
* Confident using POS systems and basic operational software.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills.
* Professional, guest\-focused attitude with high attention to detail.
