Description:
We are looking for doctors specialised in Family and Community Medicine to work in France, where you will find stability, professional recognition, and a high-quality work environment.

Offer conditions:

• Permanent contract, approximately 39 hours per week.
• Minimum gross salary of €8,000 per month.
• On-call shifts paid in accordance with current agreements, depending on the institution.
• Approximately one week of on-call duty per month, including nights and weekends, with possible in-person interventions.
• Based in the Île-de-France region.
• Executive status (cadre au forfait), with 213 working days per year.
• 13 salary payments per year, additional RTT days, and profit-sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the clinical monitoring of patients and the quality and safety of care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the centre’s medical project.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to quality assurance and to internal medical committees.

Requirements:

• Degree in Medicine.
• Specialization in Family and Community Medicine.
• Registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Medical Council in France.
• Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills.
• French level B2. If you do not yet have the required level, we offer a specific language and cultural training programme to help you prepare successfully for integration.
