Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Service-oriented inbound and/or outbound for a German customers. Answering customer questions and executing orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail.
• Direct Sales Development Representative (hybrid - Monday to Friday)

-WEb Product Implementation (hybrid - Monday to Friday)

• Chatbot Content Review (Monday - Sunday)

Requirements:

Speak German or Dutch C1/C2 level language skill;

Speak English B2;

Ability to work independently and/or in a team;

Problem solving-skills;

Good communications skills (both verbal and written);

Positive attitude;

Ambitious.
