Responsibilities:

* Answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries. Success in this role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.

Requirements

* C1/C2 level language skill
* Ability to work independently and/or in a team
* Problem solving-skills
* Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
* Positive attitude
* Ambitious
* English B2

Working hours

* 40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 7:30AM and 8PM local business hours.
* Your holiday entitlement follows the Portuguese law with 22 days per year.
