The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that are critical to the organization’s growth. This role involves close collaboration with different departments as well as interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

ROLE:
Identify and resolve key operational and strategic challenges across departments
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects
Work closely with department leaders and the C-suite to align initiatives with company goals
Produce data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation
Contribute to the company’s overall strategic planning and development

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is considered a strong advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, consultancy or project management roles
Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Leadership mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
