ROLE:
Drive the global creative vision and ensure brand consistency across markets
Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives
Collaborate on content production from concept to delivery
Lead large-scale campaigns and cross-functional projects
Ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints
Support and develop the creative team
Bring fresh ideas by tracking cultural and digital trends

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Design, Marketing, Communication or similar
Experience managing creative teams in fast-paced environments
Strong portfolio with strategic and executional work
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience in photo/video production
Strong project management capabilities
Fluent Portuguese and English
