We're looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and detail-oriented Global HR Services Specialist to keep our people operations running seamlessly. Do you have a passion supporting employees, enjoy working in an international environment, and excel when every day brings something new?

What you'll do

  • Manage HR administration across our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files, and reference letters
  • Maintain and update our HR information system
  • Assist employees and line managers with HR-related matters
  • Support payroll and benefits administration globally
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and background checks
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports

What you'll need

  • At least 2 years of experience in a HR department of an international company
  • Open-mindedness, confidence, and courage in tackling challenges
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent working style
  • A team-player mindset with a great sense of humor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
