Ferring+You

As Global Logistics specialist, you will drive design and implementation of our global warehousing and distribution capabilities while overseeing end-to-end logistics operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain strict compliance standards, driving a strategic balance between service excellence, cost efficiency, and cash management.

Your day at Ferring

• Support SNO Customer Service and Regional teams in daily shipments execution by facilitating communication with distribution partners, to maintain smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Manage operational queries such as approval of different routes or flights, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reviews with Distribution partners by providing performance metrics and case studies.
• Ensure on-time and accurate Global Logistics KPIs Reporting.
• Contribute to logistics changes and deviations investigations from internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to logistics changes and deviations follow-up in our Trackwise system.
• Support compliance of our logistics suppliers with Ferring GDP requirements by maintaining up-to-date suppliers’ documentation and SOPs in Veeva Ferring System.
• Leading and supporting improvement projects.

Behind our Mission… There’s you

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business administration.
• 3-5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemical or Retail industries.
• Experience with GDP/GMP regulations and related processes such as deviations management.
• Strong problem-solving and compliance combined mindset.
• Independent decision-making ability with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Positive mindset and team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a strong plus.
