**Position:** Global Portfolio Manager
**Location:** Cascais (Lisbon)
**This role is focused on:**
* Structuring and leading our global partnerships strategy
* Onboarding international partnerships (travel, events, production, agencies)
* Onboarding and curating new properties (international and local)
* Managing key strategic clients and relationships
* Supporting international expansion
* Structuring the portfolio and portfolio function at a global level
* Building brand collaborations and ecosystem partnerships (experiences, services, etc.)
* Responsible for streamline operational processes
This is a strategic role, designed to contribute directly to both growth and positioning of the company.
**The immediate focus would be:**
* Activation of global partnerships and demand channels
* Expansion of high\-quality, exclusive property portfolio
* Structured international expansion
**Required experience:**
o Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, portfolio management, partnerships, account management, luxury hospitality, real estate, travel, or lifestyle sectors
o Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, ideally with international stakeholders such as agencies, travel advisors, relocation companies, concierge companies, event agencies, production companies, or luxury brands
o Previous experience in property portfolio growth, onboarding, curation, or acquisition, preferably within luxury rentals, hospitality, tourism, real estate, or high\-end lifestyle services
o Strong background in relationship management with both B2B partners and high\-value clients
o Experience working with international markets and multicultural stakeholders
o Experience in negotiation, commercial structuring, and partnership activation
o Previous involvement in business expansion, market development, or launching new destinations / regions is highly valued
o Experience in process improvement, operational structuring, and cross\-functional coordination
o Experience in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial, or scaling business environment is a strong plus
o Knowledge or exposure to the luxury hospitality / premium travel ecosystem is highly preferred

o Strong commercial acumen and confidence in identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership opportunities
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long\-term relationships

o Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
o Ability to curate and assess high\-quality properties aligned with brand positioning and client expectations
o Strong client\-facing and stakeholder management skills, especially with premium or demanding profiles
o Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, structure workflows, and improve internal processes
o Ability to work both strategically and operationally, depending on business needs
o Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing, and international environment
o Proactive, solutions\-oriented, and highly resourceful
o Strong attention to brand positioning, quality, and experience standards
o Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is highly valued; additional languages are a plus
o Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems, PMS platforms, Notion, or project management tools is a plus
