Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery

  • Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Anticipate hiring needs and build proactive pipelines for critical and high-impact roles

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 Talent Acquisition professionals, including 2 Team Leads
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Support Team Leads in structuring their teams, managing workload, and developing their capabilities

International Collaboration

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
  • Ensure consistency in recruitment practices while adapting to local market specificities
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership on all Talent Acquisition topics

Performance & Reporting

  • Define, track, and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making
  • Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven action plans

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
  • Leverage market insights to refine targeting and increase hiring effectiveness

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Challenge and influence hiring decisions with a data-driven and market-informed approach
  • Ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and business needs

Qualifications
------------------

  • Recruitment/HR background
  • 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role
  • Experience in international/multi-country environments
  • Prior experience in fast-paced service industries
  • Strong expertise on C-level recruitment expertise
