About the role
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes and third-party risk management. You will be exposed to a variety of topics, including sourcing, vendor risk assessment, and the use of automation tools to improve efficiency.
You will support senior team members in identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to external vendors and suppliers, while helping ensure that procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and well-structured. This is an excellent opportunity to build a broad foundation at the start of your career.

What you'll do
* Support the procurement team in supplier onboarding, vendor management, and day-to-day operations.
* Assist in contract-related activities, including documentation, reviews, and preparation for supplier discussions.
* Help ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations for third parties.
* Contribute to reporting, budgeting, and cost monitoring activities.
* Support process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and simple automation projects in collaboration with IT.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support ongoing projects and operational topics.
What you'll need
* A recent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong interest in procurement, finance, and/or risk management.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* A structured and detail-oriented working style.
* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Business fluency in English.

* Any internships or practical experience in procurement or risk management
