We are looking for an experienced Greek Chef to join our busy Greek restaurant in Faro, Portugal.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in authentic Greek cuisine and be able to prepare high-quality dishes consistently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Greek dishes to a high standard
• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Control stock and reduce waste
• Work well with the restaurant team
• Help develop and improve the menu if needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Greek Chef
• Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good organisation and teamwork skills
• Experience in grilled meats, gyros, souvlaki, meze, and traditional Greek dishes is an advantage
