ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Group Production Planning Specialist, you will join our Supply Chain team at Preh Group (Trofa), ensuring the performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of production‑planning and logistical processes across our global manufacturing network. You will work in an international environment, developing SAP PP/MM standards and tools, supporting global teams, and contributing to operational excellence that powers our automotive innovation.THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:

* Review, document, and optimize logistical setups and production‑planning processes across all global manufacturing plants
* Develop and implement standards, concepts, and tools for SAP PP/MM, in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams
* Implement, optimize, and continuously monitor defined processes and structures across multiple global locations
* Act as a Group Key User, providing cross‑functional first‑level support in SAP PP/MM
* Deliver short‑term development and implementation of solutions for complex operational or systemic issues
* Identify bottlenecks, analyse root causes, and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency and planning accuracy
* Support initiatives focused on streamlining scheduling, planning reliability, and operational performance
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You’re more than your resume, you’re analytical, proactive, and committed to driving planning and operational excellence. To succeed in this role, you bring:

* A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
* Experience in production planning, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing operations
* Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems — preferably SAP PP/MM
* Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams
