**Guest Communications** \- Ensure continuous and professional communication with guests before and during their stay \- Provide support, respond to inquiries, and manage special requests to ensure a positive guest experience \- Support and oversee guest\-related processes, including check\-in, check\-out, and house rules communication **Customer Service \& Experience** \- Manage and resolve issues during and after the stay in a timely and effective manner \- Monitor and ensure the quality of the guest experience throughout the stay, confirming that services are delivered as expected \- Manage and support review recovery and feedback processes \- Follow up on post\-stay situations to ensure guest satisfaction and service consistency \- The role is hybrid, alternating between days focused on customer support and days focused on guest communications, depending on operational needs. **Requirements** \- Fluency in English (written and spoken) \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- Strong customer\-centric mindset with proven problem\-solving ability \- High level of organization and attention to detail \- Previous experience in hospitality / alojamento local (AL) or customer service (preferred) This is a **night shift position** \- 5 days a week: 00:00 \- 08:00 Tipo de oferta: Período Integral Localização do trabalho: Presencial
