We are looking for a **Guest Communications \& Customer Experience Agent** to join our hospitality / alojamento local (AL) operations, in a hybrid role combining guest communication and customer service responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** **Guest Communications** * Ensure continuous and professional communication with guests before and during their stay * Provide support, respond to inquiries, and manage special requests to ensure a positive guest experience * Support and oversee guest\-related processes, including check\-in, check\-out, and house rules communication **Customer Service \& Experience** * Manage and resolve issues during and after the stay in a timely and effective manner * Monitor and ensure the quality of the guest experience throughout the stay, confirming that services are delivered as expected * Manage and support review recovery and feedback processes * Follow up on post\-stay situations to ensure guest satisfaction and service consistency The role is hybrid, alternating between days focused on customer support and days focused on guest communications, depending on operational needs. **Requirements** * Fluency in English (written and spoken) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer\-centric mindset with proven problem\-solving ability * High level of organization and attention to detail * Previous experience in hospitality / alojamento local (AL) or customer service (preferred) * This is a night shift position \- 4 days a week: 2 nights from 00:00 \- 08:00 \+ 2 nights from 16:00 \- 00:00 Tipo de oferta: Período Integral Pagamento: De 1 200,00€ por mês Localização do trabalho: Presencial
