Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a **Head of Partner Management** to lead our Buildings sector partner strategy across **Iberia**. Location: Spain or Portugal. **Your Mission:** Lead and expand our partner networks, drive multi\-channel sales, and deliver sustainable growth and profitability. Shape innovative business models, strengthen market leadership, and play a key role in transforming intelligent infrastructure across the region. **What You'll Do:** * Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a partner strategy aligned with global and regional goals in the Buildings sector across Spain and Portugal. * Market Development: Drive sustainable growth through multi\-channel sales of products, software, services, and sustainability solutions. * Partner Ecosystem Growth: Expand and strengthen partner networks, fostering collaborative relationships throughout Iberia. * Performance \& Profitability: Deliver financial targets and maximize market penetration while seeking growth and efficiency opportunities. * Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, partners, and distributors. * Transformation \& Innovation: Lead transformation initiatives and promote innovative partner business models. * Compliance \& Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local regulations and Siemens standards. **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with a strong focus on partner management. * Proven track record in multi\-channel sales management, particularly in developing and expanding indirect channels. * Demonstrated experience in building technologies or related industrial sectors. * Solid experience in partner network development and management, including managing distribution networks and channel partners. * Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong leadership skills and experience working in complex matrix organizations. * Track record of successful market development initiatives across multiple regions or countries. * Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese building and construction markets. * Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus. **Key Competencies:** * Expert\-level proficiency in Sales Steering and channel management. * Advanced Business Process Management capabilities. * Exceptional team leadership and development skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain robust partner relationships. * Strong strategic thinking and business planning expertise. * Adept at change management and transformation leadership. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Understanding of building automation, fire safety, and security control systems. **Why Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings?** Make a tangible impact by creating smarter, safer, and sustainable buildings.
